Bill
Goddard is Perth born and bred. On leaving Christ Church Grammar School
he commenced his commercial career with Elder Smith (now known as
Elders). His
Real Estate involvement commenced in 1965 with the St George's Terrace
based firm of Kempe Hutchison. He then became a franchisee with a W.A.
based Franchisor, operated a branch, became their chief auctioneer and
developed staff training for the Sales Representatives. In
1982 he formed Goddard & Goddard and resolved to stay a boutique
agency providing personalised service, covering Commercial Strata
Management, Auctioneering Selling & Leasing of offices and Business
Broking.
Bill
Goddard holds a Diploma of Real Estate Management, is a Certified
Practising Business Broker of BBA (WA) Inc.. He
is the Industry Representative on the Real Estate & Business Agents
Board. He
served as a RE1WA Councillor for 9 years and was a Vice President. In
March 2004 he was awarded a Fellowship of the Real Estate Institute of
Australia in recognition of his service to the Real Estate Industry.
Bill was elected
President BBA (WA) Inc. 2003.

Chris
Blake
first entered the real estate industry in 1983 after many years in small
business. He completed his Certificate in Real Estate Management in 1986
and was active in commercial and residential sales until selling his
agency in 1991. He then became involved in the computer industry with the
Lend Lease Group and later was State Sales Manager for a national direct
marketing company. Fortune Business Marketing was established in 1997 and
specialises in hospitality and accommodation businesses and large retail
businesses throughout the
state. Chris holds a Real Estate License, Finance Brokers License and is an
Associate of the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia. He has an interest in web design, has an
online advertising business and maintains a number of web sites including
the BBA web.

Originally
from an accounting background, David owned and operated industrial and
wholesale distribution businesses, with branch networks throughout
Australia enjoying an annual turnover in excess of $40 million per annum.
After selling his own business interests, he spent many years as a
senior executive in a public company acquiring businesses, at a corporate
level, throughout Australia. He
also has an excellent knowledge of the franchise industry, having been a
state master franchise controlling 25 franchisees within the retail
industry. His knowledge of
manufacturing, fabrication, wholesale, distribution and retail industries
is extremely sound and he is well versed with many contacts within the
mining and construction arena. David
has also spent many years in Business Consulting, especially assisting
businesses in financial difficulty.
He
is currently a Director and Senior Partner with Zircom Business Marketing
Pty Ltd, a specialist Business Broking firm of seven brokers plus support
staff. The company is strong
in migrant placements, corporate negotiations and promotes a broad range
of businesses from $100K to
$20 million.

Wayne Cooper first gained his Real Estate license in
1979 ( RE1775 ) during his term with the Elders group. Wayne was with
Elders for 16 years in total with the last 5 years in head office in St
Georges Terrace. He attended the Monash Mt Eliza Business School of
management in 1985 and spent a further 15 years with a well known national
publicly listed company in the capacity as State, general and company
operations manager. He was Company Director for approximately 3 years then
6 years as General Manager of a multi-national group in Western Australia.
Wayne was Managing Director of a large West Perth real estate group for 2
years before commencing his own practice Statewide Business Brokers in
2004.

Geoff
has been involved in business at a corporate level as well as owning and
operating his own businesses. Geoff spent many years with Wesfarmers
stationed both in the country and city and became sales manager of their
wholesale farm machinery division in the late seventies and early
eighties. In 1984 he left Wesfarmers and went into his own business, which
sold and installed hot water systems and ducted air-conditioning. Geoff
sold the business in 1990. Within a couple of years Geoff decided to get
his real estate sales certificate for residential and business sales.
While still in real estate Geoff started a new business in 1996
specialising in the resale of park homes on caravan parks, and park home
villages. Geoff still owns WA Park Home Sales and is now the only
specialist dealing in the resale of park homes in Western Australia. Geoff
completed his real estate license and in 2002 started his own independent
real estate office in Armadale. In 2004 he decided to convert his
independent office to a Raine & Horne Franchise office allowing him to
tap into the massive resources of a major franchise and also giving him
access to over 500 offices around Australia and overseas. In 2006 he
opened his second office in Byford to take advantage of the huge growth
occurring in the area. Geoff has been involved in selling businesses for
many years and is a Certified Practicing Business Broker through the
Business Brokers Association.
